Shipping Policy

RDX DENIM dispatches all retail orders within 24–48 working hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 2–5 working days
Other cities & towns: 4–8 working days
Remote serviceable pincodes: 7–12 working days

Shipping Charges

Shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹1,499. Orders of ₹1,499 and above ship free across India. Wholesale / bulk orders are quoted separately based on volume and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number on WhatsApp and can track it any time from our Track Order page.

Undelivered Shipments

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated unavailability, the parcel is returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your address and mobile number are accurate.
