Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your RDX Denim purchase. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item is unused, unwashed and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging and invoice are intact
- Return request raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect washing
- Wholesale / bulk order lots (only manufacturing defects are accepted)
How To Raise A Return
WhatsApp us at RDX DENIM support with your order number, the item and the reason. Our team will arrange a pickup where serviceable.
Refunds
- Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of quality check
- COD orders: refunded via bank transfer / UPI to the details you provide
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
